Delete your account

You can start account deletion directly inside the SERPADEL app.

In-app deletion

Steps

  1. Open SERPADEL and sign in.
  2. Open Settings & Account.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

What happens

Your profile and associated personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymised, except for limited records that must be retained to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud or resolve disputes.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app, contact support@serpadel.com from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.
