SERPADEL is provided by EN DI PI OOO. This policy explains how information is processed when you create an account and use the SERPADEL mobile application.
Information we process
- Email address, display name and account identifier.
- Profile details you provide, including city, country, playing hand, preferred court side and biography.
- Match registrations, attendance, teams, scores, results, ratings and rewards.
- Support requests, feedback and replies.
- App version, device platform and language included with a support request.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, organise matches, synchronise scores, maintain playing history and ratings, provide support, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
Storage and service providers
Application data is stored using Supabase infrastructure. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate SERPADEL or when required by law. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and encrypted network connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update profile details in the app, contact support and delete your account using the instructions on our account deletion page.
Children
SERPADEL is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
