10–1,200 characters. For a problem, include your phone model, app version and steps to reproduce it. Do not include passwords, verification codes or health records.

What to include

Please include the affected match, approximate date, app version and the steps that caused the issue. Screenshots are useful when they do not contain private information.

Protect your account. Never send passwords, one-time verification codes, full payment-card numbers or CVV codes.
